返品・キャンセル（返金）について
本商品はデジタルコンテンツのため、物理的な返品はありません。また、通信販売にはクーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。返金は次のとおり取り扱います。
- 利用権の付与前：いつでも、理由を問わず全額返金します。メールでお申し出ください。
- 利用権の付与後：利用権の付与日から14日以内であれば、有料コンテンツのご利用の有無にかかわらず、理由を問わず全額返金します。
- 当方が提供できない場合：当方が販売ページに記載した内容を提供できない場合は、お申し出を待たずに当方から全額返金します。
- 期間にかかわらず返金する場合：次の場合は、上記の期間を過ぎていても全額返金します。
- 重複購入：同じプランを重複して購入した場合、重複分を全額返金します。Full の利用権をお持ちの方が Starter を購入した場合も、Starter の内容は Full に含まれるため重複購入として扱います。
- 技術的な障害：当方側の障害によって有料コンテンツを利用できず、ご連絡から合理的な期間内に解消できない場合は、全額返金します。
- お申し出方法：ご購入時のメールアドレスを記載のうえ、n2traps.jp@gmail.com までご連絡ください。返金に理由は不要です。原則として3営業日以内にご返信します。
- 返金方法：ご購入時のクレジットカードへ Stripe 経由で返金します。カード明細への反映は通常5〜10営業日程度で、時期はカード会社により異なります。
- 返金後の利用権：返金した場合、該当プランの利用権は取り消されます。Full の場合、今季終了後に残るはずだった静的コンテンツの利用権も取り消されます。ご自身の回答履歴は、プライバシーポリシーに従い引き続き閲覧できます。
- チャージバックについて：返金をご希望の場合は、カード会社への支払異議申立て（チャージバック）の前に、まず当方へご連絡ください。上記の条件に該当すれば速やかに返金します。チャージバックが申し立てられた場合、該当プランの利用権は停止されます。申立てが取り下げられた場合、またはお客様に不利な結果で終了した場合は、利用権を回復します。返金またはチャージバックが成立した場合の扱いは、上記7と同じです。

Returns, cancellations and refunds. There is nothing physical to return, and the cooling-off system does not apply to online sales.

- After access is granted: full refund, no reason needed, within 14 days of the date access was granted, whether or not you have used the paid content.
- If we cannot deliver: if we cannot provide what the sales page describes, we refund you in full on our own initiative, without waiting for you to ask.
- Refunds regardless of time: in these cases we refund in full even after the periods above:
- Duplicate purchase: if you bought the same plan twice, we refund the duplicate in full. Buying Starter while holding Full also counts as a duplicate, because Full already includes Starter.
- Technical failure: if a fault on our side stops you from using paid content and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you contact us, we refund in full.
- How to request: email n2traps.jp@gmail.com with your purchase email address. No reason is needed. We normally reply within 3 business days.
- How refunds are paid: back to the original card through Stripe. It usually appears on your statement within 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your card issuer.
- Access after a refund: access for the refunded plan is revoked. For Full, this includes the static content that would otherwise remain after the season. Your own answer history stays viewable under our Privacy Policy.
- Chargebacks: please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. If your case meets the conditions above, we will refund promptly. If a chargeback is filed, access for that plan is suspended. If the chargeback is withdrawn or decided against it, access is restored. If it succeeds, item 7 applies.

关于退货・取消（退款）
本商品为数字内容，因此不存在实物退货。另外，通信销售不适用冷静期（クーリング・オフ）制度。退款按以下方式处理。
- 使用权授予之前：可随时、无论理由如何全额退款。请通过电子邮件提出申请。
- 使用权授予之后：在授予日起 14 天内，无论是否使用过付费内容、无论理由如何，均可全额退款。
